To apply for Registration with Freedom Christian Academy, please fill out the web form below for each child or student and click the "Register" button.  Then forward the $25 Yearly Registration Fee and $40 Initial Diagnostic Fee ($65 total per child) by check or money order in the mail to: Freedom Christian Academy, 1260 East Stoneway Drive, Ponder, Texas 76259.  If you wish to expedite the registration call Toll-Free 1-877-246-6584 to use Master Card or Visa.
